Current Job Openings
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, qualified, or trainable professionals to fill the following roles at Electrician Kapiti:
1. Registered Electricians
Licensed electricians with experience in residential and commercial wiring, fault-finding, lighting systems, and switchboard installations. Strong communication skills and a full NZ driver’s license are essential.
2. Electrical Apprentices
Looking to start your journey in the trade? Electrician Kapiti supports apprenticeships through real hands-on learning. Get mentored by certified professionals and gain experience on live job sites while working toward your electrical qualifications.
3. CCTV & Security System Technicians
We’re seeking tech-savvy individuals experienced in installing and configuring security camera systems. Ideal candidates will understand digital networking, safe cabling practices, and system integration.
4. Industrial Electricians
Applicants with background in industrial settings are encouraged to apply. Tasks may include control panel wiring, 3-phase systems, maintenance schedules, and power distribution for factories or large-scale facilities.
5. Data & Communications Installers
Join our data services team to install and maintain structured cabling, patch panels, and communication infrastructure across the Kapiti Coast. Experience with Cat6, fibre, and compliance testing is a plus.
